How do I start e-invoicing?

To start e-invoicing you need two things.
You need an agreement with your bank and you need EasyInvoice, your e-invoice printer. The EasyInvoice printer is automatically installed when you double click on the file that you can download. No further adjustments or settings are needed for you to start creating electronic invoices.

How much does it cost?

You pay less than ordinary postage! The agreements with the banks vary but are very advantageous. In addition you pay a charge for the actual printer, see prices.

How do I install the printer?

By registering on www.easyinvoice.se you get access to an installation file. Double click on the file and the printer is installed automatically. No further adjustments or settings are needed for you to start creating electronic invoices. You will be up and running within 5 minutes.

What is included?

With your e-invoice printer you will receive an automatic translation of your paper invoice to an electronic invoice with the format that your bank supports. You will also receive a receipt on PDF file of the invoices we have received from you. You can also have your invoice directly sent to the bank, if your bank supports this service.

What system and computer does EasyInvoice demand?

The printer EasyInvoice is adapted to operative system Windows 2000, 2003, XP, Vista, 8, 8.1, 10, 11, Server 2012 and Mac (OS X). EasyInvoice is compatible with most business systems without any adjustments or settings.

Do I need any type of hardware?

No, no hardware is needed. You only need our software EasyInvoice to create electronic invoices.

What adjustments do I need to make in my business system

EasyInvoice is compatible with most business systems without any adjustments or settings. You select the EasyInvoice printer when you want to send invoices; your invoices are immediately converted and distributed.

What is e-invoice?

E-invoice is a common name for all invoices that are not on paper. Today we have a wide selection of different standards for electronic communication of invoice information between the invoice ender and the recipient. EasyInvoice can convert to all common e-invoice standards.

What is BGC Invoice?

BGC Invoice is a format shared by Handelsbanken, SEB, Danske Bank and Bankgirot (BGC). EasyInvoice supports this format.

What is Finvoice?

Finvoice is the e-invoice format for Nordea. EasyInvoice supports this format.

What is Svefaktura?

This is a format shared by communities and counties in Sweden, Verva (Verket för förvaltningsutveckling) and ESV (Ekonomistyrningsverket). EasyInvoice supports this format.

How can I use EasyInvoice if I use a bank other than Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea or Danske Bank?

You need to sign an agreement for electronic invoicing with your bank and your customer. This agreement will apply only to e-invoice and you can continue invoicing your customer as usual, only this time electronically.
